Specializing in scrapbooking retreat weekends, The Hager House Bed & Breakfast would like to invite you to enjoy a weekend relaxing with friends, while preserving memories and creating new ones.
We have two spectacular Craft Rooms with accommodations for 14 people, each with their own roomy six foot work table. All work tables are equipped with comfy adjustable office chairs, task lamp, cup holders and wastebaskets. Feel free to spread out all of your supplies for the entire weekend and lounge around in your most comfortable clothes. These weekends are exclusively for the scrapbooking enthusiast, so come share ideas and trade tips and techniques with friends old and new!

We have two options for Scrapbooking Retreats
Option 1
This is the ultimate in Scrapbooking Weekends/Retreats. You do nothing all weekend but relax, scrapbook and enjoy quality time with friends old and new. Your Scrapbooking Weekend/Retreat will include two nights' lodging in our home. Plus, five meals we prepare for you! That's right, dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, brunch on Sunday and all your drinks and snacks! Check in Friday anytime after 6:00 p.m. and stay until Sunday at 6:00 p.m. That is 48 hours of uninterrupted scrapbooking time!
Reservations are required for Scrapbooking Weekends. A $50 non-refundable deposit is all that is necessary to secure you weekend. The balance of the Scrapbooking Weekend will be due 15 days before your scheduled date. Scrapbooking Weekends are $150-$175 per person, plus tax double occupancy. We must have at least 6 guests to do an Option 1 Scrapbooking Retreat.
Cancellation Policy - If for some reason you have to cancel, your weekend will be refundable if canceled 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, less your $50 deposit. Any cancellations after that will not be refundable due to the fact it is impossible to fill a last minute cancellation. If someone has purchased you a gift certificate that covers the cost of the Scrapbooking Weekend and you cancel within the 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date your gift certificate will be voided.
Option 2
Rent the whole house! We will have enough sleeping space and scrapbooking space for 14 guests. If you want to squeeze more people in here you are more than welcome. I will prepare the house and guest rooms as usual and you bring your food, drinks, snacks and you prepare your meals. The rent for The Hager House Bed & Breakfast is $1,000 plus a $300 security deposit. That’s only $35.70 per person per night based on 14 people staying.
Cancellation Policy - $300 security deposit is required to reserve your space at The Hager House Bed and Breakfast. All balances are due 45 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received 45 days prior to the retreat, the reservation will be cancelled and the $300 security deposit will be forfeited. You are eligible for a full refund of any money paid if the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the retreat date. Cancellation of your weekend with less than 45 days notice will result in the $300 security deposit being forfeited unless a replacement group can be found. If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat date. All changes are at the discretion of The Hager House Bed & Breakfast owners. Gift Certificates or CMC credits can not be used towards this option.
Other Housekeeping Business
Accidents happen; if something gets broken, please call us or leave a note so the item can be fixed for our next guests. Should a plumbing, heating or A/C repair be needed, please contact us immediately. Renters will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. The house is yours for the duration of your stay, treat it as such. In the event of property damage a detailed list and an invoice for the repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the security deposit an invoice will be sent and the balance will be due upon receipt. If there are no damages or no cancellation security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your stay. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
